Channels can be grouped into channel groups, similar to how market segments are grouped into segment groups.
The channel groups are not static like the segment groups; for each hotel the channel groups can be defined separately.
This functionality can be accessed by users who also have access to the Settings functionality. This sub-menu lays under “Administration” menu.

- Manage Groups – a pop up windows opens from where the user can add new groups, edit or delete existing ones.
- List of channels received through PMS data.
- Channel Group – fields where the mapping is done with the desired channel group.
- Merge Into – fields where channels can be merged so that the business recorded for that channel will be added to the channel it has been merged to.
